Eden Body Works: All Natural Cleansing Co-wash- After watching several Youtube tutorials on the Curly Girl Method, I purchased a few co-washes from different brands. A co-wash is a conditioner that contains cleansing properties, which claim to cleanse your hair without stripping it. Usually I co-wash after I’ve shampooed my hair once during my cleansing session. Sometimes, I use a co-wash in lieu of shampoo when I have washed my hair earlier in the week. Eden’s Body Works co-wash is at the top of my list for co-washes because it is able to detangle and moisturize my hair at the same. In addition, this co-wash comes in a 16 oz. jar, and there is always a deal or coupon for this brand at Sally’s beauty supply store.
Benefit’s Rollerball Mascara is the best mascara I have tried in a very long time. This mascara is like a push bra for your lashes. The mascara wand is shaped in the form of the letter C, which allows the wand to evenly disperse the mascara onto your lashes. Also, the shape of the wand allows it to comb out your lashes.
Jergens Wet Skin Moisturizer seals in moisture while you’re still in the shower. After completing your shower, you place the moisturizer onto your damp skin. Then you rinse your skin off with water. Earlier this year, I tried Nivea’s rinse off moisturizer, but my skin still felt dry. The Jergens Wet Skin left my skin feeling hydrated. #teamnoalligatorskin
Neutrogena Acne Stress Relief Facial Cleanser has been my holy grail product these past few months. Between starting a blog, taking an online course, and volunteering, my skin has been breaking out! This cleanser has a combination of BHA’s and AHA’s to help banish all of those pimples, so you’re skin will be back to that radiant JLO glow in no time! (Click here for further details on AHA’s and BHA’s)
