Quiche is one of my favorite low carb breakfast meals to make! It’s quick, healthy, and packed with enough protein to keep you feeling full. The foundation of this recipe is my almond flour pie crust recipe, with sauteed vegetables, cheese, and organic eggs. What’s your favorite low carb/keto breakfast meal?

Low Carb & Keto: Quiche
- 1 Almond Flour Pie Crust
- 5 Large Organic Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tsp Parsley Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Trader Joe's 21 Seasonings Salute
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream *A great substitute for heavy cream is Coconut cream. Your quiche will take 15-20 minutes longer to bake.
- 1 cup Organic Green & Red Peppers
Bake almond flour crust at 375 for 5-10 minutes, or until the center of the crust rises and the edges of the crust get crisp. While the crust is baking, whisk your eggs, spices, cheese, heavy cream, and peppers into a bowl. After you take the almond flour crust out of the oven, pour your egg mixture onto the crust. Place your quiche into the oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until the quiche gets crisp. Another way to ensure that your quiche is cooked, stick a knife into the center of the quiche. If the knife is clean when you remove it from the quiche, then it's cooked.
